More testimony from oversight hearings

Some time ago I had offered to post testimony delivered at oversight hearings.   This is what I have recently received (and asked for):

• Kenneth Noyes from the DC Coalition Against Domestic Violence testified before the Committee on Public Safety and the Judiciary on the Office of Victim Services.
• S.H.A.P.P.E.'s Cathy Reilly testified about funding for DCPS in FY 2011 on March 9.
• Mary Levy testified before the Committee of the Whole on DCPS oversight on March 15.   She supplemented her testimony with information on DCPS hires and funding by type.
