FY 2011 budget balancing update

The latest intelligence on the FY 2011 budget fixing efforts is this:   Mayor Fenty and Mayor-elect Gray may get the recommendations/ideas from the Office of the City Administrator as early as this evening.   The City Council may receive the plan from mayor and mayor-elect as early as Friday, November 12.   No matter what the timing, the decisions are hard and surely will not please anyone.
